per GDP? nice try but, spending is spending. venezuela DOESNT have our gdp, and if they did they wouldnt spend 1 trillion. how many countries are they invading? the 3 billion was also a long term deal, not like the 500 billion the US announces annualy. factor in combat costs and the US pays well over the half billion. venezuela? combat costs? not really.
