i didn't scratch off the wrong panel persay, i just didn't have the a1 number in my list of 10 numbers to scratch off. i read the back of the card and it says i could have scratched off all the squares on the game but still have one as long as i had 3 houses that were in the numbered squares.
the odds were just astronimical that under the a1 square i thought i had was the third and final house i needed, when really the house would have had to have been under the b1 square.
oh well.
i'm a dumbass. :/
