yeah, all the cs2 apps take advantage of opentype, however, quark 7 i believe has some sort of bug with certain opentype apps in which when printed they default to courier.
it really all depends on how the charaters are mapped to opentype as afar as which character sets you'll have access too without opentype support.
for example, i have bello pro from underware, and there is an entirely different typeface in the small caps option under opentype.
