If you have a 1-2 color, go local, but be willing to pay for the quality and stock.
If you are looking for inexpensive (not cheap) 4-color, these guys are good: http://www.psprint.com
Or, if you want 4-color with the slick matte UV coated, I agree with Rand: http://www.4by6.com
