imo, all that the app you're looking for could do is provide a means for mimicking the form by way of a lick of paint.
He'd still need some complicated pseudocode to mimic the form results / error catching.
I can't see how that'd help.
Is Joe a graphic web designer? if so, he'd be better doing simple clickthroughs on photoshop templates, or getting his man in Indonesia to apply code to his skin.
But then, I'm just guessing - trying to fill in the void before a meeting I'm not really interested in - fighting the urge to roll a joint and write off Saturday.
