there's a way to do it, but its long and painfull.
you need to render the mov in the resolution you want,
open Image ready, drop the video into it, select the range, tell I.R. to render every 30 frames.
save the psd.
import the result in after effect, create your timeline, and drop each layer into the timeline with a 30 sec space trough them,
render and you have your video,it is long and painfull as I said but I hope it helped
