(Sep 15 06, 10:56)I said 'like' a bit throughout high school (just like everyone else) but have since refined my vocabulary so that it doesn't include the word as much (plus I'm in uni now). My sister, on the other hand, uses it like crazy.
My friends and I were in middle school from 1996-2000, which meant that we were stuck right in the middle of the pop music phenomena (such as the Spice Girls, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys). And so yes, sometimes we'd have discussions as to who was the better bandmember. But people do that even now with every band.
