Sounds awesome! My sister is currently going to Ottawa U for health science. I go to Carleton U, about 10 minutes away.
Also, I work downtown for Justice Canada. It's located on Sparks Street. Maybe I can come by and visit your business sometime.
Bells Corners isn't too bad for suburbs. It's not completely isolated from everything and there are a few buses that run from there all the way downtown and everywhere else.
