    i think the header is fine, my issue is with the dates listed down the right. put those in the experience section. the list is ordered chronologically anyway, so there's no need for them to be used as a callout. also, standardize your dating convention, ie fall '06 vs. september-october 2006. pick one, i'd say just year range for simplicity's sake.

    with the extra space you'll gain you might want to shift that whole section a bit to the right. that will allow you to give a little more emphasis to your header area.

    swap the experience section with the education section and lose the skills section too. it's really unecessary. people will see what you know from looking at your book. also open up the leading so it's not so vertically cramped. i'd also look into using space afters for each experience heading rather than a full return, to differentiate.
