I just recently purchased a Dell 24" and a Samsung 20". Using them together on the same workstation. Both are LCD's, and both look great. However, I have the same flicker you describe. And NT is one of the sites that often triggers it. And it doesn't always happen on both monitors at the same time. I went and bought a high end graphics card. This didn't fix it. I would say the flicker happens about 3 to 5 times a day and it's so fast that if I blink, I miss it. In the milisecond that it happens though I swear it looks like everything scales up really large, especially text. It's vexing and I don't know what's causing it. Not a big deal, but I'd love to know what it could be.
