Well I'm not at all excited, and I'm not sure Google will be. It's not a website, and it doesn't offer anything!
Your best bet would be to use Google Adwords in this case. Pay for placement.
You could also look into using proper HTML tags, such as H1, H2, H3 etc. that google so loves, but for this "page" I think it's a waste of time trying to get a decent placement because nobody wants to look at that, let alone link to it.
