I hadn't manually submitted it - but now have.
I tried the link:www. thing but it doesn't find anything which makes me think the spiders haven't found it yet.
It is only a single page with the essential details of a commercial property that is for rent - so it is not a massive load of info - pictures, spec and location - I have added the relevant phrases and keywords and a few links to local amenities etc...
