that is we're the contract comes in... If you don't have one, just be professsional and tell them he should find someone else to work with. My contract states either party can end the agreement for work. But any work done will be paid for by taking it out of the deposit and returning any leftover monies. Should be no big deal, as long as he really is the problem...
