turkey alla turkey.
cut the turkey beef in slices. lots of garlic, tiny bit of salt. lemon. hot spice. fry it (with bay leaf powdering = oregon). put some mustard in the boiling stuff. faside: french fries (actually french fries are from belgium). Boil some vegetables. use them cold to make contrast and cut the spice.
white wine just above freezing.
