04 04 2004 was a bad day for me. I spend 5 hours at heathrow in check in since the computers went down. I missed my plane to japan and was forced to spend a night in Frankfurt airport. I was so pissed off I didn't realise a cute Lufthansa check-in desk girl proposed me after asking if I was on my own and whether I wanted a double room for the night. She wrote her number on my hotel ticket voucher but I thought it was a refernece number and so never called – Delta Oscar Hotel!!!!!!
