    I just had a Fantasy League Draft last nite on Yahoo for Football and it was pretty slick.

    There was a chat window, rankings for each position and everything ended up moving pretty fast.

    If a person was not present, it simply picked the best player available due to their needs (according to Yahoo Rankings) after their 1:45 limit it expired.

    Or if the person did not select someone during that timeframe either.
