is consistentcy of content the most difficult aspect to achieve with web design thru all the browsers??
A) Nope, pretty easy if you know what you're doing even in strict XHTML. Without hacks even.
or is this something just gone thru in the end processes??
A) It's a part of the process.
is web design today drawn around the browsers and how they allow content to be viewed??
A) Nope, anything is possible.
if so is this a hinderance in your design creative process??
A) see above. The only thing hindering you is yourself and maybe the claws of the zeitgeist.
Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about or is out of their depth. Sure i've spent a day trying to figure out one tiny CSS problem that doesn't work in all browsers but I've never encountered a problem that can't be solved.
