Split your time up into:
layout/design
cutting/coding
admindeduct some hours off the cutting/coding section if you think a pro could do it in 1/4 the time.
deduct some time of the layout/design if you spend 2 weeks experimenting
admin time is admin time - don't change that (meetings, emails, phone calls, etc).
