bull fuckin shit.
the most i've ever leg pressed was 10 plates per side at 4 reps. that's 900 lbs not including the weight of the rack. my fuckin ass he's anywhere over 6 plates per side. even if he is bending your knees a few degrees then back up again is NOT a full range of motion.
what a loser.
