it is....
i figured it out.....
i guess wat i was looking to hear was click the starting frame and vreate blank frame....
go to top and Insert New Symbol
make it a MC
then import the fuckin thing.
its all goood, i'm askin the wrong website, i know, go to a flash forum! sorry.
