AAAhhhh that good ole pizza menus.
I usually look at whatever it is going to be used for. If they want a multi purpose, like something that be used as a leave behind, or take one, but also need it as a mailer, i look at envelope sizes first. Then from that envelope size, I come up with some ideas. I really like T-folds. Meaning that each paqnel is equally square, but when fully unfolded, it looks like a loweer case t (not like this one, but i think u get the idea).
