    If you were a company that balanced clocks or something maybe there would be a reason.

    Who's it going to be sent to? I assume potential clients. It's not very eye catching.

    If you're a designer then either make it interesting looking (could just be something to do with how you print it, what stock etc). Or come up with a clever idea that illustrates why you are good at what you do.

    Don't forget that you can have as many percentage tints of your colour as you want, since they're all one ink.

    If you added one more colour to the job (say yellow) then you could have a 3 colour job.
    Since you would have blue, yellow and could overprint the two to make a green. When you factor in all the percentage tints of those colours, you could do something very creative with only 2 colours.

    Don't feel restricted by your budget. The stock you choose can affect the feel of the piece too. And you could do something nice with folding (which is free if you do it yourself).
