You'll need an encoding machine with enough bandwidth to send one video stream to a media server, which must have enough bandwidth to send out streams to each ot your concurrent viewers.
It's a pain in the arse, basically. But that's only if you want full motion audio and video. If you want static shots every 30 seconds then there's cheaper ways.
