great topic and truly i do not think it ever get's old. but i just have to say, i think Organic is one of the worst agencies to look at for identity design.
brands of the world is good and wolf work is sick as well, but the kids over at http://www.winkreative.com pretty much kill it consistently. as does the man; http://www.samdallyn.co.uk/
