I use www.ibackup.com . Check PCMag for their reviews, though. There are two they recommended that are free for the first 5 gigs or so.
I've used ibackup for about 6 years now, never one problem. I send large files to clients through it.
They have a nice feature (others might too) that installs a letter in Win Explorer, so you can just drag and drop. Makes it nice and fast.
