If your looking to convert Flash to A movie file (that’s what I get from your post, I don’t think you explained what you want to do simply enough) But if you want to convert an swf to .avi then use http://www.effectmatrix.com/swf2…
Magic SWF to AVIIt’s the only good program for doing so out there. It might look like a piece of crap but after trying over 5 different applications, this is the only one which did so smoothly and without dropped frame rates and audio syncing problems. It’s a Windows application, so you might want to try it in Bootcamp if you’re on a Mac.
It’s easy to change the final avi (i recommend using raw export options an ignoring the codecs and converting it to what ever movie format yourself later).
