it's all in your lighting, and hopefully it's not dv. very hard to get a good key. if you don't have keylight, try the color range key. if it is dv footage and you have some money to spend, try dv matte pro from dvGarage maybe?

if you aren't looking to spend the money, just try some of the above, maybe in layers to get everything.
