How come the guy who says we never has a plan can't come up with one himself when asked directly other than saying "We're too PC!!"

I have 2 questions for you. Please answer both.
1. Do you think any president of the US could have done better with the cards Bush was dealt?
2. Do you think that any response to terrorism that we would have given would gain European support when the 4 largest European countries receive financial benefits for supporting terrorism?
I believe you do not understand who we are really at war with.
