I use it to import my avid offlines into final cut pro, however a couple of things you must be aware of are again the effects you use in final cut pro may not translate into premier pro, so keep a keen eye on your timelines.
It's tres simple if you have everything set up, simply export an omfi2 filme from your master sequence, making sure you have all video and audio tracks highlighted and link to media,
Then when inside premier pro simply choose automatic duck pro import and chose the omfi file, again you will have to digitize or reconnect / import 3rd party media so make sure it's present homes and you will be smiling.
