The world is definitely not safer. There is more terrorist activity now than before Iraq and it is ecsalating.
Lebanon may not have even happened this way if it weren't for Iraq and the increased posturing of Iran.
Also, Iraq was already started before John Kerry even had the chance to run for president, Einstein.
