1) For how many decades have they been in office (the Clintons in your scenario)?
2) How many Americans have died from extremists who follow the Clintons and their beliefs? 10? 100,000? A million? 10 million?

Keep in mind the population of Israel. 7,026,000. Then figure the ratio of time, and deaths per that amount of time per population.
Then figure America's population is 295,734,134. So basically you'd times the deaths in Israels time to what it would be for America by 46.
