  Visio for PC
  Omnigraffle for MAC

  Visio sucks, and the new omnigraffle has some bugs. overall if you know illustrator onmnigraffle is super easy to learn. except for sume hot key differences.

  also, these are very nice visual sitemaps, not done in thos programs.
