I used to see this older japanese woman wandering around SF with whiteface makeup on, she was like a ghost. She wasn't the hallucination but I think she's what caused me to start hallucinating whiteface paint on everybody.
At first I was asking my friends, why the white makeup? But of course, no makeup. I was a little concerned about my sanity, but it tapered off over a month or two. I think my optic nerves were over-worked, I was a little tired... Okay, I may be crazy...
