Pretty much the only option you got for Real Player is Real Player, unfortunately. Other good video options include mPlayer and Nice Player which is basically just a quicktime port with full screen. You could also try iSquint to convert video files to other QT friendly formats. Not shure how it does with real but it converts flash video like a champ.
