  In August 2006, Diamond told a Tampa radio station that a woman tried to mug him in a hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. According to his account, a woman, armed with Mace, broke into his hotel room and stole some PSP games. Diamond was able to apprehend the thief and recover the games. While pinning the thief against a hotel door, he reported that she had cried out "Rape!"
