Croquet would be a good game.
Any type of game that wouldn't take too much physicality (if that's a word), because not everyone is able to particpate then.
I had a pretty boss game of penny the other day at the pool.
I doubt this would be a good game for work folk, but all it consists of is a penny and a big pool, preferably with lots of people just floating around as obstacles and you throw a penny.
Then everyone goes ape shit trying to get it.
