We're having a small summer party for my one section at work.
We just all make pot luck food (I'm making my 'World Famous Potato Salad'), and sit around and booze it up.
There are tennis courts open, and volleyball courts as well.
...
I never have time to try and be in charge of it, I'm just in charge of random happy hours that surprisingly aren't very random anymore.
