    garrett are you really taking 2 years' worth of hurricanes as a litmus test for global warming?

    Surely ice decline in the arctic regions and ocean salinity at the equator are better indicators.

    No my friend. Actually the point I made somewhere above was that last years hurricane season was a fluke and NOT caused by global warming, as the years prior have never seen that amount of hurricanes or tropical storms.

    Thus, if global warming was the culprit this years season would be even worse than last, but it's not forcasted to be. (and lets all pray to God it won't be).

    So, last season was a fluke. That was my point.
