The key with webdesign is compare it to architecture.
In fact i use this comparsion when i talk with my girlfirend's grandpa (whom is a mason since he was 16) an he understand me perfectly.
In the same way a mason can build an house, but an architect is required for a central station or a museum. (... or maybe not)
