jpolk, for every 2weeks you work you get half a days holiday. so if only work half the year then I have only earned half the years hoilday quota.
I made this error when I left my last job and they actually deducted my paycheque because I had taken too much holiday off. Most of the design team left around the same time which did make me smile to see the bosses face then.
