kinetic. Seriously, got out and buy some fake snakes from, shit, I don't know... wherever you buy fake rubber snakes from and tape or tie them to the branches of the tree.
If it's a really tall tree your fucked.
When I owned a pool I used to get a ton of birds sitting on the edge crapping all over everything. I put some fake snakes down and what do you know... no more birds.
Either that or hire the paperboy to fire a few shots from a .22 up into the tree when he drops your paper off everymorning.
You'll be killing 2 birds with one stone.
