miva also has a service you can buy(rent) from media temple with their hosting plans
$95 setup
$15 monthly (on top of hosting)if you have a pc, fast track has a download that you can configure your store on your comp to preview the software and functionality
if you decide to buy, you can activate your trial and upload your store as is
also look into phpshop, it's free, but may be lacking things you want to take for granted
