I work in the artist village here in Santa Ana, really fun area ..doesnt feel like OC. Alot of nice artsy apartment communities, cafes, good restaurants and its got an east coast city vibe to it.
Juxt has a sweet warehouse in a great area on the Newport/Costa Mesa line, next to everything, even the beach.
If your single, and coming from NYC, you might find south county boring and lame..
