In the interactive arm it would be nice to see the account people have some sort of formalized (documented) transparent process for project initiation. So we can see things coming down the pipe faster/clearer and have treatments in place. Being able to apply ideas within a larger scope and context etc. But we're in the service industry really, and clients pay for not thinking bigger or being accountable beyond the everyday "pissing on fires" approach.
