i always thought to deposit goes to the seller when a buyer backs out. strange.
hi Jevad, its been awhile. i am crazy busy these last few months b/c i bought a house and am getting married in september. no time for NT these days.
i hope you seel soon man, they say buying/selling property can be the most stressfull act a person goes through.
