Your portfolio looks a little sporadic. No doubt you can do nice work though so don't loose heart.
If you can, I'd suggest doing three favourite case studies. Ideally concept to completion. Brand creation, identity, advertising, brochure, web. (And if you don’t have live stuff, design some top notch stuff and say they’re pitches).
Wrap it up neatly and simply in a bespoke printed format and send it out to agencies that do similar or work you aspire to. (Helps if you get the persons name).
And never diss work you've done in the past for other agencies. That just indicates that your difficult to work with.
