If it's a London creative agency - plain black t-shirt size tight or almost (depending on muscle/belly ratio), gay designer jeans and glossy shaved head. This just screams "creative!!!"
But then they might think you're after their job..OK, what do people wear there?
Seriously, I'd wear a plain dark polo with jeans/cords and not too flashy shoes. Polo still fits within the business casual definition of "a shirt with collar" and still is comfortably t-shirt-like.
