Luckily 'experts' like Rasko4 will financially support you when your former boss will sue you or when he will spread the word around.
Worked made while working for a company is 'owned' by that company.
Most companies won't make trouble when you show that work in your portfolio, but some do and make it pretty difficult for you.
Things can be avoided, by not puting those things online, but on a cd/prints that you carry to potential employers. In any case, give detailed credit of what was your work.
