@Momentum2, got a heavy bag in the addict (from back in the days ;)) and I am planning to do 3 rounds. Now with my iPod I am setting up a playlist, like
waikru - multi bell - round1 - single bell - pause (1 min) -multi bell -round2.
I just need some nice pause music and/or some meditation music for the end. so if you got any suggestions???
