ok go to file export, then select swf from your menu, now a couple of things you need to be aware of you can't make everything a vector for example a photograph. However shapes created in AE and things created in illustrator work fine, see my mad box was created within AE.
in your export menu you will see rasterise or ignore features not supported by flash this simply means it will not translate some effects as flash isn't able to process it's data so it has to draw iit out like a quicktime movie would be, for example transfer modes and particle heavy / warping and distortions are tricky to translate.
go for jpg quailty to be 100% and then hit export.
Unless your copy isn't legit then it will all work perfectly well.
